Description of all Functions
. Test steps
POSITION 10. (Motor distributor test - if model has this function - and test for
lling without wash pump activated)
In this position, fi rst of all the motor distributor is activated for it to be positioned. If
no change of state is detected after 20 seconds, the failure will be indicated by the
Wash/On pilot light fl ashing. Otherwise, the water fi ll valve (Ev1) is activated until the
level micro (LM) confi rms fi lling. You will hear a beep of confi rmation. If the level micro
(LM) does not confi rm fi lling after 2 minutes, the pilot lights will fl ash to indicate the
fault, depending on the model of dishwasher. The control then waits for the dial to be
turned one position to the right (position 11).
Important:
If the dishwasher has an alternative motor,
this will be indicated by the following symbol on the optio-
nal keys:
POSITION 11. (Test for lling with wash pump activated)
The water fi ll valve (Ev1) and wash pump (WP) are activated until the level micro
(LM) confi rms fi lling. If the result is positive, there will be a beep of confi rmation. The
control then waits for the dial to be turned one position to the right (position 12). If
the level micro (LM) does not confi rm fi lling after 90 seconds, the corresponding pilot
lights will come on to show the fault.
POSITION 12. (Safety test for water pressure micro-switch)
The water fi ll valve (Ev1) is deactivated and the wash pump (WP) and heating ele-
ment (Elem) are activated. The pressure micro-switch is tested after 15 seconds. If
the test shows it to be OK, there will be a beep of confi rmation. If not, the correspon-
ding pilot lights will indicate the fault. The control then waits for the dial to be turned
one position to the right (position 13).
POSITION 13. (Test for NTC short-circuited or open)
The wash pump (WP) and the heating element (Elem) are activated. After 15 se-
conds, it checks whether the NTC has shorted or is open. If the test shows OK, there
will be a beep of confi rmation. If not, the corresponding pilot lights will indicate the
fault. The control then waits for the dial to be turned one position to the right (position
14).
