6. Copy the

syslog.conf

file from your working directory to the

/etc

directory on

the array using the

put

command.

7. Exit the ftp session using the

bye

command.

8. Access the array by either a telnet session or a serial connection.

9. Reboot the array by typing the following:

10. Repeat “To Configure the Arrays for Monitoring” on page 22 for both arrays of

each remaining partner group.

This completes setting up the arrays for monitoring.
