Installation Checklist

Proper clearances for service access have been maintained
around equipment.

Equipment is level and mounting fasteners are tight.

If required, piping completed to refrigerant or coolant loop.

All field installed piping leak tested.

If required, refrigerant charge added.
6
Condensate drain line connected with P-trap and is filled with
water.
7
If required, water supply line connected to humidifier (if
required).

If manual cut-off valve is installed, open valve.
9
Humidifier On/Off/Drain switch is in the on position.

Filter(s) installed.

Duct plenums sealed.

Incoming line voltage matches equipment nominal
nameplated rating ± tolerances.

Main power wiring connections to the equipment, including
earth ground, have been properly installed.

Customer supplied main power circuit breaker (HACR type) or
fuses have proper ratings for equipment installed.

All wiring connections are tight.

If required, control wiring connections completed to field
mounted sensors.

Foreign materials have been removed from inside and around
all equipment installed (shipping materials, construction
materials, tools, etc.).
18
Inspect all piping connections for leaks during initial
operation.
