Physical Concepts Pressure Redistribution
The ability of a support surface to distribute load over the
contact areas of the human body.
Pressure Redistribution setpoint
Allows the operator to input patient weight range resulting
in automatic change of zoned sensor technology allowing
immersion and envelopment.
Lateral Rotation Therapy
A feature of a support surface that provides rotation about
a longitudinal axis as characterized by degree of patient
turn, duration, and frequency.
