The machine can count the preheating and heating time either
from start or from when the pre-set temperatures are reached.
To set the Counting mode for heating time: See Software Settings,
Setting the Countdown Mode.
The cooling time is always counted from start of cooling.
The machine can count through the cooling with all three
different cooling rates.
ECONOMY cooling rate will only allow 20% of the water flow
during the whole cooling period, compared to fully
open circulation (cooling rate: HIGH).
The cooling time will be slightly longer than for
cooling rate: HIGH.
LOW cooling rate will only allow 2% of the water flow in
the first 3 minutes of the cooling period, then 20% of
full flow.
This will allow for a very uniform cooling of the
mount, thus reducing the internal stress in the resin.
The cooling time will in some cases be slightly longer
than for cooling rate: HIGH.
HIGH cooling rate will give full flow during the whole
cooling period. This gives a very rapid cooling.
