Design
Abramin has a pneumatic system for
an automatic vertical move ment of the
specimen holder. The force ap plied to the
specimens is con tin u ous ly var i a ble from
30 to 450 N, so that pres sure sensitive as
well as large spec i mens can be pre pared.
A built-in wa ter sep a ra tor with fi lter en-
sures ef fec tive valve func tion. The 160 mm
(6.3") dia. spec i men holder discs are easy
to handle and 3 to 12 spec i mens can be
prepared si mul ta ne ous ly.
The specimen holder is easily clamped
in the quick-coupling de vice, and prep a -
ra tion discs up to 305 mm (12") are
placed directly on the turn ta ble without
using any tools.
The specimen holder can be dis placed
horizontally in relation to the grinding and
polishing disc with a hand wheel to allow
op ti mum uti li sa tion of grinding discs and
pol ish ing cloths.
Abramin conforms with the strict safe ty
standards laid down for ma chine tools
(IEC 204, VDE 0113), and is easy to ser-
vice.
Accessories
The Multidoser applies DP-Sus pen sions,
OP-Suspensions and Lu bri cants automati-
cally, thus sav ing mon ey as well as time.
