Digital
Materials
When different model materials appear on the ribbon, you can produce
objects from any of them. With Connex2 and Connex3 printers, you can
produce objects from a combination of them—
digital materials
. Different
combinations of model materials enable you to print objects with a wide
range of color and mechanical characteristics.
To view the digital materials available for printing objects (using three basic
model materials):
1. Make sure that you have selected the appropriate model materials, and
that
Multiple Materials
is selected.

The Material Selection Guide appears, showing the basic model materials
(at the top of the list) and the digital materials available (combinations of
them).
