Pull the head plate slightly away from the head until the right side of the plate is clear of the
mounting screw head.

Pivot the right side of the head plate upwards, and rest the right side of the plate on the right
mounting screw, as shown in
Figure 29.
There is a small notch on the bottom of the plate for
this purpose.
