3.2.3 Automatic Drain
If an automatic drain is mounted, the drain hose must be renewed every 2nd year, and
the vacuum hose for the drain valve is the be checked / cleaned.
3.2.4 Weight Steering
Weight steering of the milk pump must be set, so that the milk pump stops, when the
milk reaches the bottom of the collection tank.
Adjustment by start / stop level can be made as follows:
A.
Lock-nut of the adjustment screw is loosened.
B.
The adjustment screw is adjusted while the milk pump is running, so that the
pump stops precisely when the milk reaches the bottom.
C.
Tighten the lock-nut once again.
The steering must be checked at least once a year.
3.2.5 Washing of milking system
It must be checked that the milking system is being cleaned sufficiently. If the system is
with a washing unit, this procedure is to be followed thoroughly.

Cleansing agents imply serious danger of corrosion:
Storage and handling must be done as the producer prescribes.
