Dirty vacuum valve.
- Clean the valve cone and
the valve seating in
lukewarm soap water.
b.
Vacuum valve is placed in-
correctly.
- Tighten the valve and
place it the right way.
c.
Wrong number of weight
rings on the vacuum valve.
- Adjust the weight of the
plumb. Call the service
fitter for vacuum check.
d.
Valve cone or valve seating
damaged.
- Replace the defective
part.
Servac Vacuum Regulator:

The Servac regulator has
defective rubber membranes
or dirty filter.
- Replace the defective
membranes or filter.
f.
Partly clogged sensor hose.
- Clean the sensor hose.
g.
Vacuum meter shows an
error.
- Note the error sign. Call
the service fitter for
check for vacuum check.
h.
Error with vacuum pump.
- See "C. Too little pump
capacity".
i.
Partly clogged vacuum hose.
- Find the spot and try to
rinse the line part by part.
j.
Leakage in the pipeline, cou-
pling, cocks or drip valves.
- Check the cocks and
couplings. Replace
defective gaskets and
tighten the couplings.
