The main vacuum line, the pipe between the vacuum tank and the moisture trap, must
be cleaned when needed, this means a least once a year.
Remove the bottom of the moisture trap and with vacuum on the system now suck hot
water through the main vacuum line from the moisture trap with a water hose.
Note: Max. 10 liter water, then the vacuum tank is to be emptied.
If there is remaining dirt, it can be necessary to take the pipeline apart to clean it.

The pulsator line should be cleaned when needed, normally once a year, or immedi-
ately, if milk by mistake is sucked into the line.
To prevent clogging there must always be sucked rinse water through the cock, which is
closest to the vacuum pump, and then the vacuum cocks are rinsed one by one to the
last vacuum cock or the block valve. Use hot water with cleaning medium.

if necessary, this means at least once every 3rd year.
2.7.2 Rinse Cocks
The rinse cocks are mounted on the system, where the pulsator line is mounted with
loop to block the loops during rinsing.
