ERR T FROST
1 Fault message (flashing)
All faults cause the heat pump to shut down. The idle time is set
and the fault is entered into the fault list.

SENSOR BROKEN
1 Fault message (flashing)
Note
This fault code refers to temperature sensors that can
be called up under menu item TEMPERATURES. These
faults are not entered into the fault list. The system will
not be shut down. The display message will extinguish
immediately after the fault has been removed.

15.1.3 The heat pump does not run
The heat pump is in standby mode [ ].
f
f
Change the system over to automatic mode.
Power supply blocked; standby symbol flashing [ ].
f
f
Wait until the blocking time elapses. The heat pump starts
again automatically.
There is no heat demand
f
f
Check the set and actual values under the TEMPERATURES
menu item.
There may be an incorrect fuse rating.

See chapter „Specification / Data table“.
Note
The heat pump can only be restarted after the fault has
been removed and the heat pump has been reset (para-
meter HEAT P RESET).
Additional parameters available for system analysis:
- Quick Start: The quick start must only be carried out by our
customer support. The heat pump compressor is checked
during a quick start.
- RELAY TEST: Test for all relays in the heat pump manager
- HEAT P RESET: Heat pump reset to clear all saved faults.
Heat pump manager reset options
Reset by turning the rotary selector from Auto to Reset and back
again. All system-specific programs are retained. The fault list
will not be deleted.
Note
The factory reset described below will reset all para-
meters to their factory settings. The decision to do this
should therefore not be undertaken lightly.
To carry out a factory reset, turn the rotary selector from Auto
to Reset and back again while holding down the PRG key.
EEPR should appear in the display (EEPROM hardware reset).
The heat pump manager is reset to its delivered condition. The
fault list will be deleted.
The heat pump type must be re-entered. When the control flap is
opened, HEAT PUMP is displayed. After pressing the PRG button,
the heat pump type can then be selected using the rotary selector.
The heat pump type can be found on the type plate of the internal
unit. The heat pump type must be confirmed by pressing the PRG
button.
