Operating mode
Note
If emergency mode is activated, higher operating costs
may result because of the booster heater.
Note
The heat pump has a start time of 5 to 10 minutes. The
start time does not apply to the “Emergency operation”
operating mode.
You can switch the heat pump to a different operating mode via
the appliance.

ing mode
meaning
Standby
mode
The heat pump is not in operation. Frost
protection is active. The components in

f
f
Set the minimum flow temperature
for the heat pump to feed into the
heating system.
Max. flow
f
f
Set the maximum flow temperature
for the heat pump to feed into the
heating system.

No function
Fixed value operation
f
f
Activate or deactivate the function.
When this function is activated, the heat
pump heats to a fixed temperature, in-
dependently of the heating curve.
Set flow temp.
f
f
Set the temperature to which the
flow is heated in Fixed value oper-
ation.
Buffer cylinder tem-
perature, automatic
mode
f
f
Activate or deactivate the function.
When this function is activated, the
appliance automatically regulates the
set mixer circuit temperature under
consideration of the “Buffer cylinder
overcharge”.
Required buffer tem-
perature
Can only be set when the “Buffer cyl-
inder temperature, automatic mode”
function is deactivated.
f
f
Set the required DHW temperature
for the cylinder capacity.
Buffer cylinder over-
charge
Can only be set when the “Buffer cyl-
inder temperature, automatic mode”
function is activated.
f
f
Set the temperature deviation to
which the buffer cylinder should be
heated.
The overcharge is an increase of the set
mixer circuit temperature and is there-
fore an offset value for the mixer circuit.
