Push Rods and Receiver

6.

Refer to the 

Push Rod Detail

 drawing on the 

Detail Sheet 2 of 2.

  Make a “snake” bend at 

one end of each of the .015 in. wires supplied in the kit.

7.

Connect the “snake” bends to the servo tabs on the receiver brick.  

Note: The holes on the 

servo tabs are different sizes.

  Insert the pushrods into the 

middle

 hole of the servo tabs.

Refer to the 

Push Rod Detail

 drawing on 

Detail Sheet 2 of 2

.  Feed the push rods through 

the fuselage and out through the exit slots in the fuselage sides.  Fit the receiver brick to the 

receiver tray by first slipping the 

rear

 of the circuit board into the notch in the short arm of 

the clip.  Press 

down

 on the 

front

 of the circuit board until it snaps under the long arm of the 

receiver clip.

9.

Cover the 

bottom

 of the fuselage.

Motor

10.

Remove the spikes from the 

bottom

 of the mounting tabs on the recommended motor/

gearbox (PKZ3624).  Sand the tabs smooth.

11.

Using a sharp razor blade or hobby knife, shave off the humps on the 

top

 of the mounting 

tabs on the gear box.  Sand the tabs smooth.
