6.1 Troubleshooting

Repairs and adjustments to this equipment must be made only by fully qualified service personnel.
Maintenance performed by inexperienced, unqualified persons or installation of unauthorized parts could
cause personal injury or result in costly equipment damage.
1. Initialize control box (reset)
NOTE: A common solution when a sink moves down but not up. When a control box requires initialization, this is
how the system is programmed to behave.
a. Press Down button on control panel to ensure sink retracts to its lowest limit.
b. Briefly release Down button.
c. Press and hold Down button 5 seconds, wait until all movement has stopped, then release
2. If initialization is successful, a slight up/down "handshake" movement of sink legs occurs.
3. Check cable connections — Mains cable connected to both control box and power outlet.
4. Check for obstructions — Check under, above and on the sides of sink for any obstructions that could
prevent movement in either direction.

Try pressing and releasing the Down button a few times before pressing and
holding the Down button for 5 seconds.

NOTE: After each of these steps, attempt to initialize.
Check mains cable connection.
Sink uneven Initialize legs. If both legs begin to move down, complete the initialization.
