Touch Screen
: supports handwriting recognition and easy
navigation by touching the screen (A stylus pen is provided.
Please do NOT use any sharp objects that may damage the screen.)
Using the Battery
The battery that comes with DocuNote is already installed into the
unit’s battery compartment, but it is not fully charged. It is important
to fully charge the battery before your first use of DocuNote.
Charging the Battery
The battery will be charged when you connect the AC adaptor to the
DocuNote unit in either a powered-on or -off mode. The Battery
Status LED will be lit green while charging. Once the battery is fully
charged, the green light turns off. When the battery is low, the
Battery Status LED light turns red to signal that DocuNote needs to be
recharged.
The battery status can also be monitored t hrough the battery indicator
in Window’s system tray.
No Light
: battery is fully charged
(While DocuNote runs on the battery,
it stays unlit until the battery is low.)
Green
: battery is being charged
Red
: low battery
Red/Green Alternating
: battery is
extremely low (It will also occur
during first 3 minutes when you
charge a fully depleted battery.)
