3.3.3. MANUAL ADDITION
If the displayed value is greater than zero, after placing the
weight on the scales and pressing the [ADD/INPUT] key, the
current weighing value will be added to the total weight.
The device will display „bXXXX“ for one second, where „b“ is
the total number of loads, and „XXXX“ is the total number
of additions.
Please note: Regardless of manual or auto adding, the
displayed value should be reset before the next manual
addition. The zeroing range includes 20 values of the
weighing capacity division. When the added number
reaches 9999, the message FULL will be displayed,
indicating full memory of the device. In such a case, clear
the memory as described in the „Configuration Function“
3.3.4. TOTAL WEIGHT DISPLAY
When the displayed value is within the zero range, press the
[ADD/INPUT] button to view the total number of additions
and the total load. The number of loads will be displayed
first on the device. For example, if the device shows „b0327“,
it indicates that so far 327 loads have been weighed.
When the [ADD/INPUT] button is pressed again, the left four
numbers of the value added are displayed. For example, „H
108“ means the left total weight number is „108“.
Press [ADD/INPUT] button a third time, and the right
four total weight numbers will be displayed. „L 2896“, for
example, means the right integer mass number is „2896“.
Consequently, the total weight of the loads is „1082896 kg“.
3.3.5.WEIGHING
During the weighing process, the weight of the load is
ready to be recorded when the result of a stable weight is
displayed, and the STAB LED lights up.
If the load is placed in a container or package, use the tare
function. To do this, weigh the container or package and
press [ZERO] button. The display should show zero (net
weight). If you don’t use he tare function, loads weighed
afterwards will be gross loads until the tare value is changed
or the scale is turned off.
3.3.6. TURNING THE DEVICE OFF
In order to turn off the device when you have finished
weighing, change the position of the switch on the back of
the device to OFF.
3.3.7. CHARGING THE BATTERY
The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery
(6V/4Ah) and a charger (DC6V/1Ah).
The LOB LED shows the battery level. When the LOB LED
is lit, it means the battery is low and the device needs
charging. If the device is disconnected from power supply
for several hours, the device turns off automatically. It takes
approximately 5 hours to fully charge the battery.
To extend the battery life, it is recommended to charge the
device no more than once a week.
3.3.8. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1.
Do not overload the device to avoid damaging the
force transducer inside the device. In the event of an
overload, the display will show „OVERL“.
2.
If the display shows „Err01“ when the instrument
is turned on, it means the accuracy is affected or
important parameters have been lost.
3.
Check frequently that a bolt, hook, shackle or other
device components are not cracked or distorted.
Please note: If the device shows damage as above,
send it immediately to the manufacturer for repair.
4.

damage.
5.
