Secure the indexing plate to a support.

- Equip the indexing plate with a STÄUBLI adapter No. F.130.813.00.
- Place the cam shaft (5) on the indexing plate, with the bearing (4) resting on the indexing
plate.
- Fit the locking tool in place.
- Progressively loosen the 4 screws (8) of the compression cap (1).
- Introduce a threaded rod or a M8 × 60 screw (9) in the center of the compression cap (8).
- Remove the compression cap (1).
- Remove the roller (8) using a medium extractor with short claws (11).
- Remove the ring(s) (11) (as appropriate).
- Remove the cams (3) one after the other.
ATTENTION
Handle the cams (3) with care so as not to damage the surfaces that are in contact
with the rollers.
