Launching the Remote Server Management over IP Viewer
After setting the IP address and completing the initial setup process, you can launch the Remote Server
Management over IP Viewer from the Remote Server Management over IP card web pages and verify that the client
can communicate with the host computer. (For more information on viewing and controlling computers, see Chapter
4 – Remote Server Management over IP Management, Using the Remote Server Management over IP Viewer.)
To verify communication

Close any Viewer launch sessions for the Remote Server Management over IP card you want to verify.

Log in to the Remote Server Management over IP card as user
admin
and accept the security certificate, if one
is presented.

From any of the Remote Server Management over IP Web Server web pages, click Launch Viewer.
NOTE
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2, 6.0, and 6.1, the IP address is automatically passed through
to the Remote Server Management over IP card.
