4.2.2. SETTING THE TEST FLAME SIZE
Switch the gas supply ON.

WARNING:
IF THE GAS CANISTER HAS
JUST BEEN RECHARGED,
THE SIZE OF THE PILOT AND
TEST FLAMES WILL BE
CONSIDERABLY LARGER
THAN THE LAST TIME THEY
WERE LIT
Light the Pilot and Test Jets.
Adjust the Test Jet flame to 4mm
diameter by rotating the Pinch
Valve. A 4mm circle is engraved
on the shutter plate as a guide.

Adjust the Control Valve on the
Gas Cylinder until the Pilot Jet
flame is 12mm long.
Note: Gas Adjustment.
If there is not sufficient
adjustment, centralise the
Control Valve, and adjust the
Castellated Inner Wheel, then
re-adjust the Control Valve.
Switch the gas supply OFF.

Note: Flame Stability.
Leave the flame to stabilise for
about 30 seconds before final
adjustment to flame size.
