ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Connection Wire from
the COMPUTER(25)
STEP 6:
To install the
CONSOLE ASSEMBLY(26,27,28),
run the two Connection Wires at each side of
the
CONSOLE ASSEMBLY(26,27,28)
through the
LEFT
and
RIGHT UPRIGHTS(3, 4).
And run the
UPPER
CONNECTION WIRE(24)
go into the
CONSOLE ASSEMBLY(26,27,28).
Insert the
CONSOLE ASSEMBLY
(26,27,28)
onto the
LEFT
and
RIGHT UPRIGHTS(3, 4)
and secure with
SOCKET HEAD BOLTS
(M8x1.25x40mm)(104)
and
LOCK WASHERS(M8)(119).
STEP 7:
Refer to the inset drawing. Connect the
UPPER CONNECTION WIRE(24)
to the Connection
Wires from the
COMPUTER(25).
Arrange the wires for clearness, then press the
BOTTLE HOLDERS(29)
into the
CONSOLE ASSEMBLY(26,27,28)
at the position as shown in the illustration.
STEP 8:
Tighten the
SOCKET HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x25mm)(103)
at both sides of the
UPRIGHTS
(3, 4).
Tighten the
NYLOCK NUTS(M8x1.25)(114)
at both sides of the
FRONT BASE(2).
STEP 9:
There is a
" - "
mark on the
LEFT HANDRAIL(30L),
and a
" + "
mark on the
RIGHT HANDRAIL
(30R).
Connect the
PULSE SENSOR WIRE(35)
and
CONNECTION WIRE(34)
in the
RIGHT HANDRAIL
(30R)
to the connection wires from the
COMPUTER(25).
Insert the
RIGHT HANDRAIL(30R)
into the
RIGHT UPRIGHT(4)
and secure with
SOCKET HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x16mm)(102)
and
LOCK WASHER
(M8)(119).
Repeat on the left side.
