Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and passage around

Adjust the
LEVELING STANDS(82)
under the
FRONT BASE(2)
so that the

sits on the
floor without rocking. Refer to the instructions below the illustration.
Grasp the
HANDRAILS
and the shaft of the
PIVOTING ARMS
to lift and move the
EX
3.0
.
Two people are required.

Loosen the
NUTS(M8x1.25)(117)
until they
touch the
LEVELING STANDS(82)
. Adjust the
LEVELING STANDS(82)
for leveling. Tighten
the
NUTS(M8x1.25)(117)
securely against the
FRONT BASE(2)
to lock the stand in position.

FUNCTION INSPECTION:
Visually inspect the
EX 3.0
to verify that assembly is as shown in the above illustration. Check the function
of the
EX 3.0
.
Stand on the foot pedals and place your hands at a comfortable position on the handlebars.
Slowly move your highest foot forward and follow the natural path of the machine. Turn the crank slowly
through one complete revolution to verify that the drive train functions properly. Use the
"ENTER"
and
"
/
"
buttons on the
COMPUTER(25)
to select a program and verify that the Magnetic System provides
different tensions. Refer to the
COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
on pages 14 to 22.
Locate and read the
WARNING LABEL(120)
on the
EX
3.0

Make sure that all users read the
