LEVELING & ADJUSTMENT OF THE BENCH CUSHION(125)
The height of the
CUSHION(125)
can be adjusted to fit your workout. Turn the
HANDWHEEL(209)
counterclockwise to raise the
CUSHION(125)
or clockwise to lower the
CUSHION(125).
There are adjustment holes on the
CUSHION FRAME(49)
that allow you to adjust the
CUSHION(125)
to a
different position. Loosen and pull the
ADJUSTMENT KNOB(264),
then slide the
CUSHION(125)
forward
or backward to adjust. Release and tighten the
ADJUSTMENT KNOB(264)
to lock the
CUSHION(125)
in
position. The pin of the
ADJUSTMENT KNOB(264)
must be inserted into one of the adjustment holes.
USING THE CUSHION PLUG(127)
For your comfort when lying on the bench, press the
CUSHION PLUG(127)
into the hole in the
CUSHION
(125).
To remove the
CUSHION PLUG(127),
pull the nylon
strap on the
CUSHION PLUG(127).
