NOTE:
Follow the Assembly STEP 9 to STEP 18 to assemble the
WEIGHT PLATES(40).
STEP 9:
Remove the
SUPPORT PLATES(275)
by unscrewing the
BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x15mm)
(147).
The tops of the rear
GUIDE TUBES(7)
should be exposed after removing the
SUPPORT PLATES
(275).
Refer to the illustration at 1.
STEP 10:
Loosen the
HEX BOLTS(M8x1.25x15mm)(171)
which secure the top and bottom ends of the
GUIDE TUBES(7).
Refer to detail view 2.
NOTE:
To more easily identify the parts, the following illustration shows the
HEX BOLTS(M8x1.25x15mm)
(171)
removed. However, it is recommended that you just loosen the bolts for assembly.
STEP 11:
Disconnect the lower end of the
BUNGEE CORD(42)
from the hook on the
UPRIGHT FRAME
(11).
Refer to detail view 3.
STEP 12:
Pull the
ROPE(211)
down from the top swivel pulley and hook it to the
RIGHT LOWER SWIVEL
BRACE(17)
.
Refer to detail view 4.
STEP 13:
Disconnect the
ROPE(212)
from the
SELECTOR ROD(8)
by unscrewing the Bolt End of the
ROPE(212).
