FOLDING THE SECOND ROW SEAT (WHEN ACCESSING TO THIRD ROW SEAT)

When returning the second row seat to its
original position, be careful not to hit the feet
and leg of the passenger in third row seat.

WARNING

• If the headrest is not adjusted to the lowest

level, the seat can be reached to the front
seat while making it upright.

• After folding the seatback, ensure to press

the upper seatback to set the seat upright.
If the seat is made upright without fixing the
seat, the seat can be damaged by conflict-
ing with the front seat.

CAUTION

1. Position the headrest to the lowest level.

2. Pull up the seatback reclining lever and

fold down the seatback.

3. Press the upper portion of the seatback

until it is engaged with seat cushion.

4. Pull up the seat folding lever and make

the seat upright.

5. Fix the folded seat to the front seat with

a fixing strap from the case under the
floor.

6. Unfold the seat in

the reverse order of
folding.  Make sure
that the seat is se-
curely locked. If the
seat is not locked,
the seat may be
folded forward.
