TENSION KNOB ADJUSTMENT
You could adjust the tension for varied resistance as below:

You should begin your “Exercise Period” at the resistance level and speed to suit your
needs. Remember to start out slow and easy, and work your way up to the fitness level
you desire.
The water tank's resistence is based on a two-chamber system whereby water is transferred bet-
ween the active chamber and the passive chamber. This makes it possible to simulate a natural water
resistance by turning a button and to vary between a light workout to an intensive workout.
