HOW TO USE YOUR T652M TREADMILL
1. Quick Start
2. Workout Setup
Press QUICK START to start exercising without first inputting user information.
"TREAD STARTING" will appear on the display, and the walk belt will rotate at 0.1
MPH/0.2 KPH. Press SPEED up/down to change speed. The user default setting is
165 LB/75 KG.
Input user information to obtain more accurate information on caloric burn, heart rate
control (range is generated by age entered), and to accumulate total use time,
distance, and calories burned (PROGRAM/AGE/WEIGHT). Press START and follow
prompts to input user information.
A. INPUT USER'S AGE & WEIGHT
(1) AGE: From 10 to 90 (default value: 35).

b. Press ENTER to confirm your choice.
(2) WEIGHT: From 50 to 500 LB / 20 to 227 KG (default value: 165 LB / 75 KG).

B. PROGRAM SETTING PROCEDURE
Press workout program buttons to activate corresponding workouts. For more
information, see PROGRAMS.
(1) When "MANUAL/REVERSE" is selected, the 14-segment display will show
"REVERSE-MODE". Press this button to select REVERSE-MODE or MANUAL.
After that, press ENTER to confirm your choice. Then, the 14-segment display
will show "TIME-1 DIST-2".
(2) When "HILL" is selected, the 14-segment display will show "HILL 1". Press
HILL to select HILL 1, HILL 2, or HILL 3. After that, press ENTER to confirm
your choice. Then, the 14-segment display will show "TIME-1 DIST-2".
(3) When "RANDOM" is selected, the 14-segment display will show "RANDOM".
Press ENTER to confirm your choice. Then, the 14-segment display will show
"TIME-1 DIST-2".
(4) When "INTV" is selected, the 14-segment display will show "INTV 1:1". Press
INTV to select INTV 1:1, INTV 1:2, or INTV 2:2. After that, press ENTER to
confirm your choice. Then, the 14-segment display will show "TIME-1 DIST-2".
