These exercises require several boxes
M. Multi-box double-leg jump-ups (legs, bum)
Take two boxes and place them about one metre apart. Walk towards the first box, jump on and off it with both
legs, and then immediately jump on and off the second box (also with both legs).
N. Multi-box single-leg jump-ups (legs, bum)
Take two boxes and place them about one metre apart. Walk towards the first box, jump on and off it, and then
immediately jump on and off the second box (also with one leg).
