F. Single-leg jump-ups (legs, bum)
Stand in front of the box with your feet about hip-width apart. Raise one leg at a slight angle. Slightly bend your
knees and jump onto the box with one leg. You can swing your arms to create momentum. Step down and repeat
the exercise. Change sides.
G. Lateral jump-ups (legs, bum)
Stand next to the box with your feet hip-width apart, slightly bend your knees and jump onto the box with both legs.
Jump down to the other side immediately, and then jump back to the other side again.
H. Lateral, one-leg rocket jumps (legs, bum)
Stand next to the box. Put your right leg on top of it. Push yourself up dynamically and jump onto the box so that
you land with both legs in the middle of the box. Then jump down to the other side, landing with the right leg on the
floor and the left leg on the box. Don’t pause; jump back to the other side immediately.
