HRC
In the HRC mode the user sets the target, that is achievement of the
assumed pulse value in the set time. In order to use this mode it is essential
to touch the pulse sensors placed on the handles.
During training you can appropriately adapt the speed of the run (Speed)
and the inclination angle of the running belt (Incline) by clicking the
inscriptions on the screen. The new values are set in the panel which
appears on the screen
– by clicking the digits (2/4/6/8) or icons +/-.
The training starts after clicking the Start inscription.
The training ends by stopping the treadmill after achievement of the set
training target. The user may also end the training (stop the treadmill) at
any time by clicking the Stop inscription.
Programme
The treadmill has 12 programmes with optimally selected parameters: Fat
Burning Mode, Health Mode, Highway Mode, Mountain Mode, Beach
Mode, Body Sculpting Mode, Middle-aged Mode, Elderly Mode, Diet Mode,
Walking Mode, Female Mode, Male Mode. The diagrams showing the
successive programmes are available on www.spokey.pl.
Move the available values with your finger left/right on the screen to see
the next programmes.
The training time is set for 30 minutes by default. These values can be
changed (within the range of 8:00-99:00 minutes) by moving them to the
left and to the right.

User (User 1, User 2, User 3)
In this mode the user sets the parameters of his/her training. It is possible
to set a few different user programmes.
To select the user programme go to the Sports mode and select “User”.
To set the Speed in the next minutes you should drag the blue column to
the desired value within the range from 1-22 km/h.
To set the inclination angle of the running belt (Incline) in the next minutes
you should place the yellow dot on the appropriate value within the range
from 0-20%.
To set the Time select the desired value by moving it to the right or to the
left. Setting range: 8:00-99:00 minutes.

Target
In the Target mode the user sets one of the training targets: Time
Countdown, Distance Countdown or Calories Countdown.
To select the time as target, click Time Countdown and set the desired
value within the range from 08:00-99:00 minutes.
To select distance as the target, click Distance Countdown and set the
desired value within the range from 1 to 99 km.
To select burnt calories as the target, click Calories Countdown and set
the desired value within the range from 20 to 990 kCal.

Training parameter preview
During the use of entertainment applications you can see the parameters
of your training by clicking the icon.
The information about the Speed, inclination angle of the running belt
(Incline), training time (Time), pulse value (Pulse), covered distance
(Distance) and burnt calories (Calories) will appear in the window.

The preview of training parameters will be automatically closed after 10
seconds of idleness.
RECORDS
– HISTORY OF ACTIVITY
This option is available only for the registered and logged users.
The user’s training data divided into days, weeks and months are saved in
the History of Activity. The pie charts show the value of the selected option
(day, week, month) compared to the value of all the saved training
sessions.
PROBLEM SOLVING
The treadmill is constructed in such a way that in the case of an electric
failure the machine will automatically switch off, preventing injury of the
user and damage of the machine (that is the engine).
If the treadmill operates incorrectly, you should simply reset it by
switching off the power switch, wait for 1 minute and then switch the
power supply on again.
Before starting any work at the treadmill make sure that the power is
switched off and the plug is disconnected from the supply socket.
Do not use the extension cords as this may lead to worse power supply
and power failure.
CONTROLLER ERROR MESSAGES AND SOLUTIONS
The electronic board shows: error E01! Communication failure
E01: signals that the electronic system communicates with the controller,
but the controller does not receive the information from the electronic
system.
