SAFETY KEY
A safety key is intended to deactivate the treadmill immediately if you fall
down. It serves as an emergency stop. The safety key must be used in
urgent cases only.
For safe and convenient stop, use STOP button until the treadmill stops
completely. Once you have pressed STOP, the treadmill belt will gradually
decreased its speed. The treadmill will not activate until you have inserted
the safety key in the key hole located in the centre of the counter control
desk, which provides additional protection to treadmill activation by third
parties. The other end of the key must be attached to clothes. If you fall
down, the safety key will fall out the control desk and the treadmill will stop
immediately. If the device does not detect the security key, the display will
show the „E07” error message or „---„. The error will also be signalled with
a sound.
During the workout, the removal of the safety key will result in an immediate
stop of the treadmill belt. Removing the safety key will also clear the current
training data. Use only in urgent situations counter.
Activation
Connect the plug to the socket, the counter display turns on and the track
goes into standby mode.
SLEEP MODE
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the track goes into sleep mode and the
counter is turned off. Press any button to resume the track.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS
START press to start the training or a chosen programme. 3 seconds after
the start, the running belt will start moving at the lowest possible speed or
at the speed corresponding to a chosen programme.
STOP Press to stop the training. The treadmill will be slowing down until it
stops completely.
PROG press to choose automatic programs
MODE selection of manual modes
+/-: adjusting the speed during workout, setting the desired parameters in
manual modes.
3, 6, 8, 10: quick adjustment of speed during training
DISPLAY INFORMATION
SPEED: current speed.
CALORIES.: calories burnt during the current training session.
TIME: exercise time of the current training session.
DISTANCE: distance covered during the current training session.

PROGRAMS
The track is fitted with 12 preset programs, manual mode.
Program selection, starting and ending workout
To go to the selected program or mode, press the PROG button until it
appears on the display.
After setting the training mode, press the "START" button. The track will
start in three seconds, slowly accelerate to the displayed value and
eventually it will run smoothly at a constant speed.
A) While running, press "SPEED +", "SPEED-" or "quick speed key" button
to adjust speed to your needs.
b) Pressing the "STOP" button causes the track to stop.
QUICK START
You don’t have to choose a programme for a quick start. In the manual
mode you can set the speed while running by pressing the speed
adjustment buttons (SPEED).
The training starts 3 seconds after pressing START button and stops after
pressing STOP button.
MANUAL MODE
In the workout time selection mode, the display will show 30:00 minutes by
default. Using the „+/-„ buttons, adjust the desired workout time (value
range between 8:00
and 99:00 minutes). Press „START” to commence
workout.
In the workout distance selection mode, the display will show 1.0 km by
default. Using the „+/-„ buttons, adjust the desired distance (value from the
range between 1.0 and 99.0 km). Press „START” to commence workout.
In the calories burn selection mode, the display will show 50 cal. by default.
Using the „+/-„ buttons, adjust the desired level of calories burn (value
range between 20 and 990 calories). Press „START” to commence
workout.
PRE-SET PROGRAMMES (AUTOMATIC MODE)
Pre-set programmes provide interesting, balanced trainings of different
levels. While looking through the programmes, their process is displayed
on the counter (speed distribution in time, diagrams p. 47). Among 12
programmes there are also some easier interval versions as well as more
challenging ones. It provides a wide range of options meeting users’ needs
Select the program by pressing the PROG button repeatedly. After
selecting the program, use the SPEED button to set the workout time. The
system will divide this time into 20 sections, the speed will change
automatically when moving to the next section. During the training the
speed of the treadmill belt can be changed by pressing the SPEED button.
The training starts 3 seconds after pressing START button and stops after
reaching the time limit or pressing STOP button.
