Controls the maximum number of end points that can be connected to an HMP. If the extended option
is enabled the maximum number of end points is set to 16 otherwise it is reduced to 4, but a better
compatibility with low speed devices is achieved.
The possible values are: yes, no.
Note: Device must be rebooted for this parameter to be applied.
For instance, to enable the extended USB option, use:

Controls the screen id needed in case of multi-screen content. If the command is left empty, then the
default ID (i.e. the serial number of the device) will be used.
