DO probe
Sprue for solution filling
Probe protective cap
Membrane Set
If the surface of testing electrode is
contaminated, place the probe in a
diluted detergent or diluted acid about
15minutes,then rinse it with distilled
water. After clearing, please keep dry
for storage and put the cover to
protect the probe.
DO probe maintenance
Please protect and storage the probe
with the transparent cover, and always
moistened the probe with clean water
while in storage.

If you can see through the probe or the
probe has many bubbles, it means that
the electrolyte solution in the front end
of the probe has evaporated, you need
to refill the electrolyte solution. Please
fill the electrolyte solution as the step
below
There are one bottles of electrolyte
solution in the package, they are ready
to use for refilling.
1.Rotated the probe and take the probe
protective cap off.
2.Pour the
solution to the membrane set on the
probe.
3.Assembled the membrane set
4.Put the probe protective cap back.
5.Screw the probe protective cap tightly.
To refill DO electrolyte solution
Refilling the Membrane Set & Electrolyte Solution
Replace the membrane set when the membrane is dirty
or damaged or when calibration cannot be performed.
1. Remove the protective cap from the DO probe.
2. Unscrew the old membrane set from the probe.
3. Hold the new membrane set vertically on a flat
surface and add the fresh fluid.
4. Install the new membrane set by screwing it onto
the probe.
5. Replace the protective cap on the probe and tighten
it until it is secure.
Refill the electrolyte
solution when:
• The solution
has evaporated.
• You are changing the membrane set.
• There are bubbles in the probe.
• The meter appears to be less sensitive.
• An error message indicates that measurements
are inaccurate.
