Spedo 2600 Pinless Cutter Operator Manual 

Changing the cut position: 

 

The position of the cut can be fine-tuned by pressing the FINE TUNE buttons. The amount of adjustment 
relative to the OMR position can be seen next to OMR TRIM as a +/- value. 
 
OMR TRIM should normally be set to 0 

 

Adjusting the OMR Sensor: 

 

To adjust the OMR sensor press the SENSOR ADJUST button. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To set sensor first move the paper so that the registration mark to be used is under the sensor and press 
the Teach Mark button to store the Mark value. 
 
Then move the paper so that the background is under the sensor and press the Teach Background button 
to store the Background value. 
 
If required the switching threshold can be adjusted by pressing the Raise and Lower Threshold buttons. 
(+/- 16 for course adjustment and +/- 1 for fine adjustment.)
