P R E P A R A T I O N
Test Run
After all preparation steps have been completed,
the machine and its safety features must be
tested to ensure correct operation. If you discover
a problem with the operation of the machine or
its safety components, do not operate it further
until you have resolved the problem.

solutions to common problems that may occur.

Serious injury or death can result from using
this machine BEFORE understanding its
controls and related safety information. DO
NOT operate, or allow others to operate,
machine until the information is understood.
DO NOT start machine until all preceding
setup instructions have been performed.
Operating an improperly set up machine may
result in malfunction or unexpected results
that can lead to serious injury, death, or
machine/property damage.
The test run consists of verifying the following:
• Motor powers up and runs correctly.
• Magnetic switch control works correctly.
To test run machine:
1.
Clear
away all tools and objects used during
preparation and assembly.
2.
Connect machine to power source.

. Press green Start button to turn machine
ON.
Note:
Keep an eye on the belt tracking
when first starting the machine. If the
belt immediately tracks to one side or the
other, turn the machine off, DISCONNECT
POWER and repeat

to fine tune belt tracking
adjustments.
— When operating properly, machine runs
smoothly with little or no vibration or
rubbing noises. If machine is operating
correctly, the test run is complete.
— Investigate and correct strange or
unusual noises or vibrations before
operating machine further. ALWAYS
disconnect machine from power when
investigating or correcting potential
problems.

Press red OFF button to turn machine OFF.
Congratulations, the test run is complete!
