1-6-4. Ribbon Door Lock Assembly
1. Remove the top panel assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-4-1.)
2. Remove the side panel (R) assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-4-2.)
3. Remove the ribbon door lock cover.
(Refer to step 6 in Section 1-6-1.)
4. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN341)
on the SE-930 board.
5. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN452)
on the SE-937 board.
6. Remove the two screws (BVTT3
x
6), then remove
the ribbon door lock assembly.
7. Remove the two screws (P2.6
x
3), then remove the
plunger solenoid.
8. Remove the screw (BVTT2
x
10), then remove the
SE-930 board.
9. Attach the ribbon door lock assembly in the reverse
order of steps 1 to 8.
1-6-5. Cutter Unit
1. Remove the cabinet. (Refer to Section 1-4.)
2. Remove the inner cover (front).
(Refer to step 8 in Section 1-6-1.)
3. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN463)
on the CN-3049 board.
4. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN242)
on the SU-138 board.
5. Remove the four screws, then remove the cutter unit.

6. Attach the cutter unit in the reverse order of steps 1 to 5.
1-6-6. Pinch Motor Assembly
1. Remove the top panel assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-4-1.)
2. Remove the side panel (R) assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-4-2.)
3. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN201)
on the SU-134 board.
4. Remove the three screws (BVTT3
x
6), then remove
the pinch motor assembly.
5. Remove the two screws (PS2.6
x
5), then remove the
DC motor (P) subassembly.
6. Remove the two solders, then remove the SU-134
board.
7. Attach the pinch motor assembly in the reverse order
of steps 1 to 6.
