4-2-8. Video Input Check
1.
Refer to Section 4-1-2, and start the Diag mode.
2.
Refer to steps (1) and (2), and input the color-bar
signal to the MAIN AUX IN connector of the unit.
(1) Connect the unit’s MAIN AUX IN and VIDEO
OUT AUX connectors using the video cable with
a connector (supplied accessary).
(2) Enter the following command from the terminal
PC, and check the response status.
command>
cb cenc

Enter the following command from the terminal PC,
and check the response status.

videoin 0 2

4.
Check that the response status “

specification.

5.
Enter the following command from the terminal PC,
and check the response status.

7.
Enter the following command from the terminal PC,
and check the response status.

9.
Change the connection of the video cable with a
connector (supplied accessary) from the MAIN AUX
IN connector to the SUB AUX IN connector.
10. Enter the following command from the terminal PC.

videoin 1 2

command>
videovfp 4 1
↓
11. Perform steps 3 to 8.
12. After checking, enter the following command from the
terminal PC.
command>
videovfp 4 0
↓
command>
cb off
↓
command>
videoin 0 0
↓
command>
videoin 1 0
↓
4-2-7. Camera Input Check
1.
Connect the MAIN CAMERA connector of the unit
and the camera.
2.
Refer to Section 4-1-2, and start the Diag mode.
3.
Enter the following command from the terminal PC.
command>
videoin 1 1
↓

Check that the picture, from the camera connected to
the MAIN CAMERA connector from the VIDEO
OUT AUX and VIDEO OUT MONITOR1/2 connec-
tors, is output.

Connect the VIDEO OUT AUX connector and the
monitor with the video cable, and connect the VIDEO
OUT MONITOR1/2 connector and the monitor with
the S video cable.
5.
Change the connection of the camera from the MAIN
CAMERA connector to the SUB CAMERA connec-
tor.
6.
Enter the following command from the terminal PC.
command>
videoin 0 1
↓
command>
videoin 1 0
↓
7.
Check that the picture, from the camera connected to
the SUB CAMERA connector from the VIDEO OUT
AUX and VIDEO OUT MONITOR1/2 connectors, is
output.
8.
After checking, enter the following command from the
terminal PC.
command>
videoin 0 0
