PCS-G70N/G70NP/G70NP2
PCS-G70S/G70SP
3-2 (E)
(e) Communication terminal (PCS-PG70/PG70P) -
Data solution box: D-sub, 15-pin (Male)
Power:
A power of
+
19.5 V (DC) that is supplied from an AC
adapter to the PCS-PG70/PG70P is sent to the data solu-
tion box through a switch and fuse.
Microphone audio signal:
The microphone signal connected to the data solution box
is input to the PCS-PG70/PG70P through the microphone
amplifier in the data solution box.
Line audio signal:
The same signal as the LINE OUT signal of the PCS-
PG70/PG70P is input to the data solution box.
(f) Communication terminal (PCS-PG70/PG70P)
— Microphone with echo canceller (PCSA-A7):
8-pin mini-square connector
Power:
A power of
+
12.0 V (DC) created by the DC/DC converter
from
+
19.5 V (DC) supplied from the AC adapter to PCS-
PG70.
The power of
+
12.0 V (DC) is supplied to the microphone
with echo canceller.
TX signal:
The TX signal is a multiplexed digital signal of LINE OUT
audio output, firmware of echo canceller, and control
commands from the PCS-PG70/PG70P to the microphone
with echo canceller, that is, an LVDS differential signal
(TX
±
).
RX signal:
The RX signal is a synthesized digital signal of multiple
microphone sounds that are put together from the micro-
phone with echo canceller through the echo canceller, and
synthesized status signals of the microphone.
The RX signal is input from the microphone with echo
canceller to the PCS-PG70/PG70P, that is, an LVDS
differential signal (RX
±
).
MICDET signal:
The MICDET signal is a detection signal for the cable
length (8 m or 1.5 m) from the microphone with echo
canceller to the PCS-PG70/PG70P.
For the long cable (8 m), (MICDET-GND) is connected.
(c) Communication terminal (PCS-PG70/PG70P)
— Microphone: ø3.5 mm mini-stereo phone
jack
Power:
A power of approximately
+
2.9 V (DC) is supplied from
the PCS-PG70/PG70P to the microphone.
Audio signal:
An audio signal of
_
33 dBs is input to the PCS-PG70/
PG70P.
(d) Communication terminal (PCS-PG70/PG70P)
— ISDN unit: AV-Multi, 14-pin
Power:
A power of
+
19.5 V (DC) that is supplied from an AC
adapter to the PCS-PG70/PG70P is sent to the ISDN unit
through a switch and fuse.
SCIF signal:
The SCIF signal is an asynchronous serial signal, having
FIFO, which is used for the communication between the
hosts of the PCS-PG70/PG70P and the ISDN unit.
It is used for transmission (SCIF-TX) and reception (SCIF-
RX).
DCLK signal:
The DCLK signal is a data clock signal of 2.048 MHz
from the ISDN unit to the PCS-PG70/PG70P, that is, an
LVDS differential signal (DCLK
±
).
FS signal:
The FS signal is a frame sync signal of 8 kHz from the
ISDN unit to the PCS-PG70/PG70P, that is, an LVDS
differential signal (FS
±
).
DX signal:
The DX signal is a transmission data signal of 2.048 MHz
from the PCS-PG70/PG70P to the ISDN unit, that is, an
LVDS differential signal (DX
±
).
DR signal:
The DR signal is a reception data signal of 2.048 MHz
from the ISDN unit to the PCS-PG70/PG70P, that is, an
LVDS differential signal (DR
±
).
