2-3-2. HP-1015 Board 

Preparation 

1.  Remove the top cabinet and the bottom cover. (Refer to “2-2. Top Cabinet, Bottom Cover”.) 
2.  Remove the inside panel. (Refer to “2-3. Inside Panel”.) 

Procedure 

1.  Disconnect the flexible flat cable from the connector (CN0301) on the KY-1031 board. 
2.  Open the HP terminal cover, and then remove the nut. 
3.  Remove the HP-1015 board, and then disconnect the flexible flat cable from the connector (CN0101) 

on the HP-1015 board. 

 

Note 

 

•

 

Cut the pins on a new HP-1015 board to a length of 1.2 mm or less.

 

 

•

  When you use a new flexible flat cable, fold it as shown in the figure. 

 
4.  Install the removed parts by reversing the steps of removal.
