5-5. Writing of Serial Number
When replacing the DPR-396 board, write the serial number in EEPROM built in IC402 in the following
procedure. The serial number is indicated on the model name plate.

When writing the serial number, “DWL Flash Write” is required. It is different from the update software
“DWT-B30 Flash Write” for the firmware update.
Procedure
1. Remove the lid (USB). (Refer to Section 3-2-3.)
2. Install the update software “DWL Flash Write” on PC.
3. Connect PC and this unit with the USB cable.
4. Turn on the power of this unit.
5. Start the update software of PC “DWL Flash Write”.
6. Click [for DWT] in the menu and select [Serial Number Write].
7. Type the serial number in the “Serial Number” box.
