The Upgrade to Dynamic Disk dialog appears.

Click OK.
To change a Dynamic/Foreign disk to a
Dynamic/Online disk
Proceed as follows.

Right click the disk and select “Revert to Basic
Disk”.
A confirmation dialog appears.

Click Yes.
The selected disk reverts to a Basic disk.

Continue by carrying out the procedure in the
previous section, “To change a Basic/Online disk
to a Dynamic/Online disk”.
Deleting a Logical Drive
Proceed as follows.

Start the Disk Management tool by doing the
following.
Select Start > Settings > Control Panel >
Management Tools > Computer Management, and
then click the Disk Management folder.

Select the logical drive to delete (in this example
drive E:), right click it, and select “Delete
Volume...”.
A confirmation dialog appears.

Click Yes.
Drive E: is deleted.
