Using the shutter priority AE mode
The shutter priority AE mode automatically adjusts the iris to a shutter
speed set by the user so that the optimal brightness level is obtained.
To set the AE function to shutter priority mode, use the following
procedure.

Press the MENU button on the remote controller to access the main
menu, and select the CAMERA menu.
For details of menu operations, see Chapter 4.

In the CAMERA menu set “AE MODE” to “SHUTTER”, then exit the
menu system.
The f-stop indication in the monitor screen changes to “AE-S.”
Note
Setting the AE function to shutter priority mode disables the remote
controller’s IRIS +/– buttons.
