Chapter 2 Installation

Connecting the Power Cable

Note

Make sure that the electrical outlet you use to connect the unit is properly
grounded.

Verify the power cable plug to make sure that it matches the AC IN
connector receptacle.

Connect one end of the power cable to the AC IN connector and the other
end to the power outlet.

Note

If the S-AIT library does not come with a power cable, make sure that you
connect a power cable appropriate for your country to this connector.

Note

When you remove the cartridge magazine, DO NOT touch inside the unit
while it is on. Doing so may lead to injury.
