4.3 SIM Insertion and Removal
The module detects whether the SIM-status changes on both internal and external SIM. If the active SIM changes
state from available to unavailable or vice versa, the module automatically deregisters and performs a restart.
It is not necessary for the application to monitor this.
The phone module does not provide survivability for shorts to GND and VBATT. It is not recommended that a SIM-
card be changed while powered. If it is done it might render the SIM unusable.
