It is very important not to connect these two signals together. It will create a ground-loop, which results in noise
being added to the audio signals, both ATMS and AFMS.
3.2 Optional Antenna Diagnostic
The GM41 module includes a feature that indicates whether an antenna is available. This feature requires the
application to have a 10k resistor of no more than 5% tolerance built in to the antenna between the antenna and
ground (GND).

The following table shows the limitations of the detection circuitry. The antenna status is reported via an AT-
command (AT*E2ANTDI).
