Note 

Each  product  is  supplied  with  a  default  IP  address.  This  is  used  to  identify  the 
product  on  the  IP  network  and  it  must  be  changed  and  assigned  a  unique  IP 
address according to local company network policy. 

Before configuring this product, ensure it and the computer are in the same IP range. Typically, a 
fixed  IP  address  is  used  because  the  computer  performs  communications  with  individual 
products

. The computers’ IP address is displayed on the ‘TCP/IP Properties’ dialog by selecting, 

 Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > Local Area Connection > Properties > TCP/IP > Properties 

To connect to this product 

After physically connecting the computer to this product using an appropriate Cat 5e cable (see
