1� Preheat the unit to 800-850º C�
2� Place the meat in the middle of the grid�
3� Place in the 2nd drawer�
4� After 1�5 min, remove the grille and turn the meat over�
5� Place the steak further forward on the grid�
6� Let it cook for 3 minutes�
