17.4. Obstacle detection
Automatic obstacle detection protects Yslo Flex RTS 2P and
prevents accidents.
If one of the panels of the swing shutter hits an obstacle when
opening or closing: the swing shutter stops automatically.
If the swing shutters starts from a completely open or closed position, it moves in the reverse
direction until it is completely closed or open.
17.5. Frost protection
Frost protection functions in a similar way to obstacle
detection: if the motor detects any resistance, it stops
automatically.

The motor is supplied with
230 V power, but does not
work.
The battery is not connected. Connect the battery.
The motor beeps during the
movement.
There is a cut-off in the 230
V supply after the first 20
operations.
Check your 230V power supply.
Your buzzer is activated upon
each movement.
Deactivate the buzzer function
(7.4).
The control point does not
work.
The battery is not charged.
Connect the red terminal of the
battery.
The control point battery is low. Change the control point battery.
Remember to recycle used
batteries.
The control point is not
programmed.

The shutters slam when they
stop against the wall.
There is no shock absorber
behind the shutters.
Place the stoppers provided for this
purpose.
The shutters buckle under the
force of the arm.
The closing force is not set.
Adjust the closing force.
The shutters begin to open, but
stop immediately.
The priority panel is reversed. Reverse the panel priority.
The shutter bolt is blocking the
opening.
Unlock the shutter bolt.
The battery is weak.
Leave the product connected to
the mains supply to recharge the
battery.
The opening and closing
buttons on the control point are
reversed.
The rotation direction is not
set.
Unclip the central housing, remove
the arm and unclip the housing on
the electromechanical module side.
Repeat the step "Checking and
setting the rotation direction".
In case of abnormal noise, slightly lubricate the teflon roller, inside the slider.
