16. Additional settings
16.1. (My) favourite position
16.1.1. Definition
An intermediate position, which is called "(my) favourite position" and is different from the "open" and
"closed" positions can be saved in the motor.
16.1.2. Programming (my) favourite position
Position the priority panel at the desired position and press
the button for 5 seconds.
When saving (my) favourite position,
Yslo Flex RTS 2P closes the shutter completely and then returns to the saved position. During
the movement, Yslo Flex RTS 2P beeps. The product cannot be stopped with a control point.
However, stoppage due to an obstacle remains active during the movement.
Somfy recommends that you choose a position that limits wind load: e.g. half-open position of
the swing shutters.

16.4. Signalling movement
Yslo Flex 2 RTS has a Buzzer to warn the user: Somfy recommends that you activate this function to
signal the movement of the swing shutter (e.g. shutter on the ground floor and presence of children)
and prevent accident risks.
The same procedure is used to activate or deactivate the buzzer.
• Press and hold the and buttons until the priority
panel moves back and forth:
- If Yslo Flex RTS 2P beeps: the buzzer is activated
- If Yslo Flex RTS 2P does not beep: the buzzer is
deactivated.
17. Use
17.1. (My) favourite position
- Briefly press the button: the swing shutter begins to
move and stops at (my) favourite position.
17.2. Opening and Closing
1) Briefly press the button: the swing shutter opens until
it stops automatically on the stoppers.
2) Briefly press the
button: the swing shutter closes
completely.
17.3. STOP function
The swing shutter is moving:
- Briefly press the
button: the swing shutter stops
automatically.
