4. Deleting the handheld transmitter
The programmed handheld transmitters are deleted by overwriting the previously saved values.
You do this:
–
by programming a new control button on the handheld transmitter,
or
–
by programming a handheld transmitter with a new security code on the opener
(see “Setting the security code”).
Note:
If one handheld transmitter is deleted, all handheld transmitters will be deleted which have been
programmed with the same security code or the same control button.
Checking the obstacle detector
When switching on the garage door opener for the first time and then at least 1x month:
•
Place a suitable object at least 50 mm tall (e.g. block of wood) in the path of the garage door
(door close movement).
•
Start the garage door opener.
–
On approaching the obstacle, the garage door stops, moves up to the upper mechanical end
stop and then back to the programmed upper stop position.
–
The opener light flashes in a one-second cycle.
•
Restart the garage door opener to stop the flashing.
–
If this is not the case, please contact the Service Line.
